Definitions and Introduction

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ace36t offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳10,000. The bonus amount is calculated as 150% of the initial deposit but will not exceed ৳10,000.

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a bonus of ৳1,500, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. If you deposit ৳14,000 the bonus will be a maximum of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means that to withdraw from the bonus amount, you must wager 10 times the total value of the bonus. Attempting to withdraw before the wagering requirement is met may result in the bonus being cancelled.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

Each bonus offer has a specific validity period and the bonus will be cancelled upon expiry.
Multiple bonuses are generally not applicable at the same time — please check the terms of the specific offer.
ace36t reserves the right to cancel a bonus if bonus abuse or fraud is suspected.
ace36t may modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.

Gaming Rules

Each game on the ace36t platform has its own rules which should be read carefully before starting. A neutral Random Number Generator (RNG) system is used to determine game results, ensuring fair play.

6.1 Game Validity

If a game round is not completed due to a technical error, disconnection, or any other reason, ace36t may, subject to investigation, declare that round void and the wagered amount may be refunded.

6.2 Cricket Betting

Cricket betting covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, as well as international and domestic matches. In the event of an abandoned match or undetermined result, ace36t's betting rules will apply and the wagered amount will be refunded if necessary.

6.3 Live Casino

Live casino games are played with a real-time dealer. In the event of a disconnection during a live session, action will be taken in accordance with ace36t's defined process.

Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the following activities will result in permanent account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
Providing false identity, age, or contact information.
Conducting transactions using a third party's payment account.
Using any software, bot, or automated system.
Exploiting vulnerabilities in any game or betting system, or attempting to cheat.
Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
Bonus abuse or participation in coordinated betting activities.
Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
Conducting harmful activities on ace36t's systems or network.

Account Suspension

8.1 Closure by ace36t

ace36t reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
Account inactive for an extended period.
By order of a court or legal authority.

8.2 Closure by Member

Any member may request to close their ace36t account themselves. After the request, any outstanding balance (subject to wagering requirements being met) will be returned.

Limitation of Liability
